Level II Award in Health and Safety
The Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace is a qualification aimed at all employees. It is intended for learners already in workplaces and those who are preparing to start or return to work. It is also very
useful for young persons to raise their ability to identify and understand hazards when preparing for work experience and into employment. They will know that health and safety is the responsibility of everyone within a business, its contractors, visitors, and suppliers. Its subject areas are regarded by the Health and Safety Executive as being important to maintaining safe working procedures in the workplace.

The course is aimed to ensure that all employees are aware of their own safety, the safety of customers, contractors and the public. This qualification can be tailored to your business and individual needs – ensuring that the learning experience is relevant and fit for purpose.
The course is 6 hours long and can be completed in one day or over two 3 hour sessions
The course will be assessed by a short multiple choice test at the end of the day.
